give and take

“In turn, a strong business climate depends on government’s ability to give…”  From a Boston media outlet.  To take it futher “a climate that depends on government  depends on their ablity to take.”
Business has an overhead.   Government has an overhead.  Why should a business have two overheads?   Why should the government take our money?  There are reasons for taxes but is  helping businesses one of them.  If you help businesses can I start a businesses and get help?   Are not citizens required to be treated equal under the law?  Giveing our households two overheads.  If this effects how many employees a business can have does the government now regulate how many children we can have?  If governments gets involved with where an animal or plant or insect.  Is our household involed?  If the government has special intrests then what about our intrests.

If every government that got involved with a really big government spending wise had at least 15% idle people. (Jobless)  What does that do to a business profit margin, don’t they use that margin to increace market share through persuasion?

The federal government is stepping on ‘we the people’ to help business. To help the bank out is to help one of us and not the other.

Small government is better.

I am going to edit this post as of Mar 13 and heres how my position has changed.  Prostitution is a crime.  He committed prostitution against the United States Government,  he is out.  His law licence should not be suspended.  I see no reason to make him a poor person.  Let him earn a living doing Wills and Incorporations.

Recap whats wrong here and whats evil.

Adultery was wrong. He was talking about the New York Scandal. To regulate scandals impeachment and trials by government is wrong. Unless you make Adultery Illegal. What do socialists and in this case the GOP doing, trying a crime that is not law.  Adultery is a politically incorrect thing to make illegal. Church and state and all that.

Islam is going to come in and say hey your system is broke try Sharia. They won’t go to the people. They will go to the socialists. They will promise the socialists what they want. Islam believes in being stewards of the Earth. Islam believes in humanism and working together with other religions. Am I telling the truth about Islam, yea. Are the Islamists telling the truth, yes. Where’s the catch, Sharia works like Sharia, Iran believes all these things, why don’t they give there people freedom? Believe it or not the USSR Constitution was like ours. Why the socialists, they control the schools. They control trade through regulations namely the EPA. So now the Government is the problem, again along with the enviromentalists.

What he did was wrong. Should we kick him out because of it? Hmm Clinton didn’t get kicked out for a similar thing. However Clinton did lie under oath about it. Clinton should clearly be out. This guy hmm he told the truth. People make mistakes. Isn’t marriage an oath that ties this country together. Didn’t he break this oath. We don’t kick out a doctor when he something like this happens. Should we stay consistant here. I don’t like Frances system where anything goes. I don’t like the partial enforcement here. Either condemn adultery and fire everybody, condemn adultery and fire nobody, come up with some formula about who’s job is important and set up an enforcement agency and grow the govenment, or condone adultery as something two consenting adults can do.MY Opinion is the last two are unworkable. I believe God will withdraw his support of this nation for the last two under the law of hipocracy and the law of adultery respectively. The first two at least follow the law of justice and the law of forgiveness respectively. I don’t care what other nations do here we should set the example. I predict however that if you choose the second people will forget the forgivness we will have a plauge among us. Teens will not see a reason to keep sex sacred. Porn will run rampant because sex is not sacred. Abortions will go up because people will not want families with out commitments of a man and wife. I predict that this will hit the poor the hardest.

If the govenment get into the fray through Impeachment, trials, etc we will have public religious trials. And heaven help us if Islam gets into it. Christian’s for the most part will just throw you out. I would like to think we learned something from Spain’s inquisition, England’s religious interference with the Puritans. Palestinians ,Iran, Pakastain and suburbs of France and Londan are flirting with Sharia law.

I gotten a little far a field. But things tie together.
We have terrorists because they think they can get Sharia law around the world and the rest of the world will die.

Ah Spain Socilism and Media

Remember when they called elections early do to a time zone difference in Florida and conservative voters didn’t come out as strongly contributing to a close election in Florida.  Cries of stealing elections went up from conservatives.  No you don’t remember.  Maybe it was because the media may have a slight bias.  Who knows?   Well same thing is Spain.  A whopping 1/3 of the votes are in a socialists are declaring victory. Maybe a tad early so they can have a bigger mandate.   Who knows?

Let me come out and say it.  Socialists use dirty tricks to get elected, then they use the govenment to convince you it was what you wanted anyway.  Most media outlet just report the facts, “Govenment is saying this.”  If they are not printing out Op Ed pieces Pro Big Government as news. (see my post on NY Times and McCain, or just look it up on Google, after all it is the main rallying cry for McCain. Suggested search  McCain NY Times.)

And the Big Item is that Electioneering is coming here to an election near you.

Please Please people  Ignore calls for any “projected winner”    Projected Winner means the TV has a winner, an  equivalent of  a campaign ad.

Quote Unquote. Have you looked at the substance of what these candidates are saying. Mild, pictures of Obama in Muslim Garb . I am going to say it. I have never heard any evidence that Obama is Muslim. The Democrats are tar and feather themselves. The dirty tricks are amazing and the misunderstand of what a promoted policy will do is staggering. Its simple you want to fight terrorist use the military and their tribunals. You want to save money don’t send our miltary out. One or the other. Be in Iraq or not. If not, accept that there will be massive violence. If so, hold out some hope that our military can give them breathing space at approx 300 billion a year plus a 70 billion in ammo or new humvees trailar park type homes (tents get old and have no AC). Some of which was foreign aid. Probably what it would cost in Darfur or if we would have fought in Somilia. We are fighting the same Islamist who are trying to take over everwhere. Islamists are pro sharia law.

Side note : Islamists not Muslim. Muslims are benign harmless creatures called normal people, favoring pray five times a day in search of self improvement. Islamist wants to tell you how to live through big govenments with guns. Lets call them progressives with a frowny face. Is that a reference to liberal fascism, yep. Progressive lose the guns and smile. Problem is you don’t know which one is which until they are in power.

It is simple you want energy build refinerys. Coal to Oil. drill in Alaska, drill off California. Government has to insure the Coal glasification to be economically viable. Otherwise the Saudias will drop oil prices below the level.

We can afford something or we can’t and cannot add any programs.

However anytime someone states that it is ethier/ or I perceive that they are rolling their eyes “conservatives”.   Followed by the thought that nothing is ethier/ or.   They’re free to come up with an alternative but they don’t.  I just don’t ‘get it’  but no one explains “it” to me.   When I find someone who does, I think about it.  I don’t respond immediately and I may point out a small flaw or two for devils advocate and then I make up my mind. Until the next point.

The arguments I Hear are Baseless ” I don’t know if…, but I hear that he might be …”     If you call this mild I’ll disagree, point out your not paying attention, and call it blatant election engineering.

Energy

We need to get off of foreign oil.   I don’t want Exxon to pay for Oil from the middle east.     How?   We need a source here.     What source  do we have that could take over that much energy locked up in those barrels.   We  have off shore California ,  we have offshore Florida (China is drilling sideways from Cuba to get it. )   We have off shore Alaska / Top of the world (Russia wants those).   We need to build those Oil Rigs  even if there with in land sight.  Currently banned by the State because  the Serria Club and citizens who support groups like it were load.  “GET YOUR OIL ELSEWHERE”    All  inland sources are in wilderness area. (huh people don’t live there.)  And tied up simularly.  I saying financial there won’t be anyone complaining when we see how deep in debt we are to Saudi Arabia.  So see it.   Coal Glasification will work if the government loans the money to an insure that the Oil Companies investment in those 20 billion dollar plants.  Oh and the Government has to declare an emergency to do it.  Or Congress also has to limit liability from   environmental law suits.   Nuclear can provide the energy for glasification.  Or the energy to compress hydrogen and create hydrogen.   Those are the choices until celliouse ethanol goes commercial.    Those are the cost effective options.

Don’t give me objections based on CO2.  There irrelevant. We want to survie with our current economic power and we need to have that power or bad things happen to millions of people who the threat of our military keeps safe.  Think Europe.   Think of us being attacked or bought as slaves.   Think of how much aid we(not the US government, we the people) give to Africa, Indonisea.    Our Nations money is worth less and less because the government spends to much and because Exxon Spends to much on Foreign Oil.    Cananda’s oil sands could keep us afloat for a bit. I hope.

Don’t give me objections based on the environment. If Exxon owns the land it should build those plants on it.  Be it on the rocky mountains or near the everglades.  I prefer it be next to a coal mine and away from a city and near a rail way for the coal.

Montana and Idaho wants them. Give them it.

Our ability to own a home in California or Florida depends on it.

New York Times/DNC Dean Implys comic allegations

Oh this article can’t get any better!   This is comedy.   Here’s a Link .   My Favorite quote,”

Beautiful Response.   Dean alleges in one statement, 1 This is an ethics scandal,  2 McCain is guilty of an affair and did inappropriate ‘favors’ for here as a corrupt Senator, 3  Tars and feathers him for a scandal 20 years ago which McCain has had a pivot point. (ie repentence)  4 ignored or not given suffiecent attention to the fact that McCain did watch himself and others on ethics since then, 5 did I metion 20 years ago, 6 This is just ‘the start’, aka That courpt SOB is going to embezal and hoodwink americans out of their just earmarks and line his pockets, 6 He’s got special interests working for him.      And here is the beautiful  hypocrisy Dean is makeing money off of a statement of McCain’s side.   McCain’s sin here was, remember, he turned the NY Times article into a fund raiser when he should have been ashamed of what he was doing.

   Some other facts that you might want to remember.  The NY Times arcticle said the McCain has constantly fought for ethics since he screwed up by ‘appearing’ to do something wrong.     Both sides are guilty as sin for catering to lobbyists.

But the laughs don’t stop there.  Recall the the NY Times article was an “News” story not an ‘hatchet’ opinion piece.     Here is the quote of the NYT,

” few readers seemed to grasp the “larger point of the story.” Keller said the article, an installment in a broader series of campaign profiles, was meant to point out how the candidate who “prizes his honor above all things” has a history of being careless about his reputation.”

Yep that sounds like a political news opinion.  The comedy gets better,  ” surprised by the volume of the reaction.” and  surprised how “lopsided” public opinion was against the paper’s decision.  No  Americans might not like  cynical articles who release just happens to coincide with a person winning the nomination.  Not when they could have dumped this on Americans before Florida and helped push Romney to the fore.  Or why this article could have been  written while Clinton was running for president.    Didn’t you guys like Hillary.  Wasn’t she having some bad press lately that this article disappeared.  Maybe it was the unsolicited Mudsling in February.  Maybe they didn’t like how you stabbed him in the back after endorsing him as the best Republican for the “progressive” movement.

CONSERVATIVE POLICIES AND HOW THEY HURT YOU AND MOST AMERICANS (part one)Questioning Your Morality. Conservatives think you’re too immoral to make decisions about your own sex life. They try to pass laws that block people’s access to birth control and sex education, even though it is very clear that the more access people have, the fewer unwanted pregnancies and cases of sexually-transmitted diseases in our country. The conservative solution to these problems is to tell people not to have sex until marriage. Unfortunately, this solution is not working and never has. Thanks to such ineffective policies, America has the highest rate of unwanted pregnancy and STDs in the developed world.Sending the Little Guy to War. Conservatives like to claim the wars they start are fought for good reasons, like freedom and democracy. In reality, rich people get politicians to start wars to gain better access to the resources of other nations (like farmland or oil), or to profit from selling weapons to the government. Of course, most politicians are wealthy elites who would never think of putting themselves at risk by joining the military – out of all members of congress, only a few have children in the military. It’s everyday working people who join the military so they can have a career or pay for college.

Hey Brian your comment to ForMyKountry.com inspired this response. Am I the SOB who does this. Do I think that your person XYZ who is conservative feels this way. I thought about this. This post will be posted one day or longer from when I wrote it so I can think on this. (February 19th) Liberals have never voted for a president who pushed Gay Marriage. A Social Issue. Abortion is a moral issue but it doesn’t have to do with sex. Or does it? Lets Cherry Pick the last Birth Control Issue I heard about. Giving Birth Control to Middle Schoolers in Maine with Sex Education. Or giving Sex Education to Elementary kids about Gay couples or even High Schoolers. These people have a common theme in general. They are not adults by law. Hmmm. So is our conservative’s sex issues just to tell people to stop haveing sex. Hmmm this sounds like a parenting issue. And should the parents tell their children about sex and when and when not to have sex the answer to social issues like STD’s and abortion. Is that the best solution? Is that an “ineffectual” solution because of our solution does not practically work. Sex Education of non adults aka kids, aka high schoolers, aka middle schoolers aka grade schoolers does work. So telling kids sex makes babies, works, and STD’s are common ,works, better then saying parents tell them no. Huh the only difference in the approach is what, the govenment states the facts or the parents do. Accept the govenment can’t teach the value of absence of sex. State Religion stuff don’t you know. Side note government teaching values is a state religion? Unless the parent don’t say anything because their parents didn’t say anything, then the state’s program is better then nothing. As a conservative, I say, can’t a private organization do better then that by teaching both in say a modular school system where parents or the kids if the parents allow choose the subjects of education. Really the Government is the best approach? This is classic conservative vs progressive idea. Some one slams us, we think about the charges and respond. And hence maybe think of a better solution suggestion then the liberal. Of course when the liberals come up with a solution because Conservatives slammed them usually Americans are pretty close to getting a solution. But that doesn’t happen. ( I just said O Really? huh I would love an exsample to prove me wrong. I just slammed liberals by the way.)

War! what is it good for? (music notes here) “In reality, rich people get politicians to start wars to gain better access to the resources of other nations ” Most Nations are willing to sell us stuff. Most nations who don’t aren’t doing it because of cost benefit analysis. They don’t because they happen to like power( they are evil) and they have an Anti American Veiw because of Racism or poverty class warfare reasons (mistaken or they are evil depending on how educated they aren’t ). So how does diplomacy fix things. It doesn’t in this situation most of the time they must be reasonable by definition, How does war fix things? We smash them to bedrock and try to help rebuild to build good will. This is not an optimal solution. Or we do nothing until “they” attack us or we do nothing and they ignore us while atrocities happen. War is to restore free will or genocide if they choose to fight us. No matter the path bad stuff is going to happen. So what won’t you complain about. So the smart people won’t latch onto a easy policy to avert war. Corporations think war is profitable in the long run. Remember CEO’s break down complex situations for a living. Are you saying these people are insulated from the war. That no one who runs the world don’t remember there own stays in the Army. Are you say the rich have forgotten the trials of the poor people? Kill the bourgeois! So who is going to do “The Job” they do. Why us common folk. We of the getto can do it better. Yes us Jews in the getto can do the business better until some one else throws us in the ovens. The the blacks will then have their turn. Black Power. Then the white Islamic peasents will revolt against the fat black Cats. See a pattern. We are Americans, did you still think Iraq is as simple as just oil. Or just profit. (at how much cost that lowers our dollars and bond ratings around the world.) Of course this is a complex situation someone may choose to do this. But all of We the People? The Majority? I would check your support base. Americans should agree with what I said because it has some/alot of truth. Americans should agree with Brain because? hey there are people who haven’t thought things through. Americans who has done more good for more people who didn’t have a voice. The Kurds remember their lives or the Shia Iraqs remeber them, or the Israel Jew. We supported them in there war for independence because we said never again in WW2. This is what war has brought us. If freedom is just an excuse for money, good. Should we remeber that money is not worth fighting for yes. Is it what we are fighting for in Iraq? What was our Intelligences saying then about the evil situation in Iraq. Was America alway a shining example? no but are we totaly greedy pigs who hate the poor and send them out to die in wars for profit and of course no elite in this country has ever had to work a day in their lives. Ridiculous. We the Peoples society is based on upward mobility. Or do you think there isn’t a chance of changing class without government help. I say just the opposite Government isn’t the solution to our problems Government is the problem. Do you really need all of my material referenced? Am I going to be accused of plagiarism? “O Really what the problem is?”

What do you teach single parents?

If families are so important what do you teach single parents so they can teach there kids right. I know this information could be distributed and is probably wanted if you asked the question. Families teach the incalculable good that this nation does. Families teach patriotism because this nation stands for Freedom to do the right thing. And that is why we restrict laws scope of power. Otherwise there is no right or wrong just government of the people by the political elite. Government of self must be taught by the community by persuasion and by parents.

This is america, we do not retreat from a just cause once started.

Radicals should remember that. I point my finger to the unforgiving man of the Middle East because of recent past history. The end of blood in the middle east, yea right. Those “men” also give out Humanitarian service and aid to the poor. So they may use the masses for cover.

The one thing I fear is that the United States will commit genocide in the middle east, after we stand our ground after we are attacked again. We can do it. We will do it if and only if a nuclear weapon is used against us. I just don’t have any faith that those idiots in Iran understand that. I do have faith that the UN , and political elements in the US will allow them to have a nuclear weapon. After all we can’t know that there civilian program is just that. We are always threatened with destruction usually with adjectives like udder, total, and such like.

Yea we can and would hammer Iran, we do to a certain extent now. The UN isn’t happy with us for that. The reason we don’t truly kill the country is simple. How many virtues are in that city of Persia that would condem us if we did before were forced. Will Iran force our hand make us farmers and craftsmen and priest and pastors and housewives and yes even our CEOs and laywers and politicians stand up and say Iran truly is run by mad men who will destroy the world.
