Kid denied entrance into Marines

Sure he’s 17, Sure he’s a ward of the State, Sure he Begged.  But the Judge doesn’t agree with the Executive branch, so the Judaical branch denied him for his own good.   Judaical Nanyism anyone.  Worse the Legislative Nanyism because our checks and balances go.  It takes darn near 600 people (- a few,congress) to overrule a judge.  The only reason I am not outraged is that he is 17.  I am miffed at the voters who appointed the person who appointed the  judge.   I wonder if I am miffed at Gray Davis, Arnnie, or is it a voteing population who elects judges.
