Links to the Left. The First amendment to the 8th

July 1, 2008 · 1 Comment

Fascism is a religion of state.  It assumes the organic unity of the body politic. It longs for national leader of the state attuned to the will of the people. It is totalitarian in that it holds all things political and that the state is justified in setting rules to achive the common good. It takes responsibility for all aspects of life including our health and well being.  And seeks to impose uniformity in thought and action weather by force or by social regulation and pressure.  Everything weather the economy or religion must be aligned with the state.  [things or thoughts not in line are the enemy].   Paraphrased from Jonah Goldberg.

Left thought often finds themselves useing  tenets of fascism.    I have heard atheisits and the left wing called their own religion.   I have found dogma among the commentists of various blogs and the charge has the ring of truth.    They have fed me outright lies and twisted what I considered to be the truth.    The reason some call the dogma of the far left a relgion is because there is the implyed argument that the left’s ideas are religion in government and a enforced version at that and hence banned by the First amendment.

Every thing from Mcdonalds to Guns to Sex to Marrigage to Driveing to prayer to non christain religions to public welfare is the rightfull provence of the government.   Indead many of the above are mentioned are issues that states can regulate. All are claimed to be the Provice of the government of the National level by vertue of national trade.      Is it any wonder that people on the right feel oppressed when our debt through the United States is 10 trillion. And our debt to our 65 year olds or older is 54 trillion.   Our roads and brigdes get neglected with our congress building pork projects to distract their constiuents.   Oppresive debt and we are banned from suggesting public prayer or privite prayer in schools.   No moment of silence is allowed.   And our leader has said no child left behind.   If morality can not be refered to as a motivation to follow the rules of school then they are abitrary,  respect for others dies and anarchy in our schools reigns.  This is how our government leaves our students behind.    In history  I never studied the arguments of the founding fathers.

I feel forced in schools toward anti captialists and that the leaders of the founders of this country arn’t to be emulated.   They point out the bad of the time with the good of our time.   By social pressure I am almost force into government care because I am not rich and the corperation and citezens feel that the government has my back.     There are polictical correctness terms that define things that I don’t believe in because we must not offend.   It has made the underclass more senistive to insults.   That is political correctness and while they are defineing things they define away my right to freedom.   Are we allowed to learn from our mistakes or does the government think to take away my pain.  Say if I got a loan for a house.

Things need to change, we need hope becasuse this country has none and the government with Obama at its head is our leader because he is responsive to you, he is not some old guy with oud policies.    Except he has old policies.  If I am the enemy of him I am the enemy of racsial unity or I am the enemy of the health and welfare of 40 million uninsured Americans.   I am the enemy of prosperity.

I am the enemy of the envirorment because I want freedom of the oil from the middle east and so I want to drill in alaska and off our costs and thus overthrow those short sighted envirormental laws. I am the enemy of plesent sights.     Even though doing so would throw countless jobs right now into our econonmy not ten years from now when solar comes into effiency and another 10 after that.   And billions of dollars flow to exxon who would spend that on people steel and healthcare.

I am the enemy of deversity because I want imgrants from Mexico to enter our country in numbers comparable to ellis island legally, not illegally and thus have people use them at substandard wages.

What will Obama say about people like me.   I am not the enemy.  Obama is not enemy.  But labeling me and forceing me to pay for things and hop to government laws that are not needed for the government to run and protect us military.

Rather I am the facist for wanting Iraq to have those freedoms we have,  I am imposing american will on Iraq for Oil.  Yet  we did not force our freedoms on them.   They still have sharia law.  But they choose.    Are we imperalist facists the right expanding through war.  NO we have not.  But we are accused.

I supported Iraq before we invaded because  I heard no reason that we should not go in.  No Cost anlyisis.   I heard about WMD’s.   I beleive that the president and his staff  honestly believe that Sadham had Urianium, mustard gas, and nerve gas.  I never cared what system of government  Iraq had, except that we had put in Sadaam and he had to go if we could do it.   He was a brutal force and torturer of the innocent.   I support Iraq now because the war hasn’t weekend our position in the world,   Iraq is improved.   The world mainly has forgotton Iraq because the press has.

I am the enemy of the Globe.  We destroy the world with CO2.    No the science is not settled,  real life data has debunked old Warming warnings.   yet all of us might yet be expected to bow to the EPA as laws get tighter and tighter.  Not even our need for quick energy can break this type of interference with our captialist system.    Most of the US is locked away and the companies have the leftovers to meet out needs and it can’t do it so we buy from our enemies.

Serria Club

February 15, 2008 · No Comments

“The Sierra Club supports policies that advance sustainable development initiatives and address the root causes of environmental degradation, including poverty and lack of access to basic healthcare. Reducing global poverty is crucial to achieving long-term environmental sustainability.” Sierra Club

Agreed, wealth is intrinsically important to improveing conditions because that takes work.

Work is produced by energy over time. This costs money because money basically represents the inherent value of work produced.

Reducing poverty is important.

Now progressives like the Sierra Culb want to tax money from us and  give it to the UN to distribute to help poverty.  From the Gobal Poverty Act  834 Billion.  Great spend as much money as you want as long as we 1) have it to spend. This means the government has the cash from taxes in hand. You can’t barrow money to do this. Otherwise Government will not be responsible and we might end up with a 45 trillion dollar debt. 2) The taxes are not taxes on private wealth, income okay sales ok, not property tax. 3) Everybody pays. It is horse drake that only someone pays and everyone votes. 4) The taxes are reasonable, as in competitive with other economies. Like Eastern Europe, who countries have a flat tax  and governments are running surpluses.

We need a feedback system on our Government. If we don’t feel the sacrifice then we don’t get the blessings of being charitable. Also we have to chose to give. In other words if the poor don’t pay their token percentage then they have no incentive to reign in government spending.    If only the becoming rich pay then there is not enough incentive to become rich.   If only the already rich pay then the already rich move else where to where there is lower taxes. (note corporate leavings)    If  any of the above conditions aren’t met then the nation becomes poorer.   Hence there are less resources to give away for others benefit.

To reiterate we have to choose to give always even if it is a token percentage.  We have to work to receive  money.  Otherwise the American Values of Work Ethic go away.  And if we don’t see the person receiving the gift then we don’t gain anything from giving, and the ones that we serve don’t have any gratitude for receiving.   Then no one can be rich because the work ethic is gone and no one can receive help to make their work more effective because the rich are gone and then there is no love for the lack of gratitude and service.   This downward cycle is called a depression.

Our representatives should have a tax form that Itemizes things like these global charity’s. The only exceptions are defense, Government take what you need for an Military, and Roads. You notice a lot of people hate freedom around the world. Infrastructer is an investment the the government actually manages pretty well.   .

We should be able to voluntarily check a box on the Tax Form and pay more towards an endeavor, such as the Global Poverty Act. Till then Small Government. My Ideas for Charities; Student Loans (PerpetualEducationFund’s) and Grants. Ah HUD Houseing, Ah Health Care, maybe not depends on abuse issues, Ah welfare, nah workfare unless recipients  can’t work. Ah war torn African nations hmm stop the wars first and send over food in the mean time. R&D Yes (aka NASA DARPA)  Then again do you trust the Government to distribute these funds. Education ,Part Grant part loan. Yes Global Poverty act. No. XXY Yes XXXW No. Do you get the picture. Freedom to spend money is great. Technology like Alternative fuels in non ICEs will do wonders for our economic bottom line.

Not an involuntary  tax in there because we the people are chooseing. Capitalism is great isn’t. Imagine what low taxes would do to those donations.

Unfortunately this is not the system the Sierra Club wants. They want to increase taxes a lot and borrow lots of money because lots of taxes aren’t enough to fund their anti poverty improvements and they want to give the money to the UN. Can you say waste of resources that could have actually helped the environment or the economy or fuel cells or students or research. And best of all the Government just takes this while US citizens aren’t paying attention. Thank you Democrates. (they have current control of Congress)  Thank you Liberals like Nacey Pelos, Sierra Club, Kennedy, etc. More Condemnation to the latter. I think that most Democrats and Republicans are just asleep.

Common Sense

February 7, 2008 · No Comments

“. . . A long habit of not thinking a thing WRONG, gives it a superficial appearance of being RIGHT, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defense of custom. But the tumult soon subsides. Time makes more converts than reason.”

Socialism is an economic theory. Therefore we don’t think of it as wrong just a theory. By tradition the ghettos of America receive welfare. Socialistic welfare destroys work ethic hence a principle of God. A workfare system builds from a base a work ethic. Just like a PEF (perpetual educational fund) builds an educated base. A voucher system might bring a capitalistic example of how capitalism works.

It might even do better then the socialist system run by a majority of self proclaimed liberal teachers. I mean teaching work, the value of education, and captilism might be teaching values but so what. In less you claim values are a subset of religion therefore blocked by the first amendment because the government might teach part of a religion as a good thing. I know only two ways around that argument. First read what the founding fathers meant, not the supreme court (cause it was the supreme court that came up with the “wall”) , or take schooling and give it back to the parents. What parents, oh oh thats right traditional family’s that religion teaches about Mom and Dad and not having sex before being married those have contributed to the decline of the family for certain really poor groups who most need education so we can’t put it on the parents. So has crime degraded the economics of the poor and ultimately, I privately wonder if poor folks of the getto ever were exposed to the rural values of the American Dream.

But still it goes on and the ghettos are built on superficial appearance of the value, “America (government) helps it’s poor”. If you read literally, the last statement is even true in a way. But is that the right way?

unacceptable sicko

June 30, 2007 · No Comments

I read a CNN article with issues in it like health care, Michal Moore, The UN specificly WHO, and it relates to Illegal Immigration and Medicare. It is the dream article to tear down. Why tear down? Because there is a better way then Federalized Health Care. An excerpt is at the bottom, it might be helpful to read it first.

We spend a lot of money, Duh we develop medicine, we have extra money, about 4 % it looks like. Money represents work, if more money ie work does not produce something better, yes we have a problem. What is the problem? Maybe excess paperwork, law suit, government interference, market forces (yes they can be a problem right now, nurses aren’t valuable to the tune of 40/per hour for the work they do there is a scarcity of nurses) and a lack of young people to fill positions. By the way I am against federalized national health care in case that wasn’t obvious. There are other ways to to solve problems without bankrupting we the people.

WHO (World Health Org. )doesn’t like us, what else is new, neither does the UN. Still we do a pretty good job of health care as stated in the last Paragraph of the article that no one reads while browsing. Grrrrrr. What values did we fall short on for health care for? One leaps off of the page at me. “…how the care’s paid for…” hmm so because we don’t have government healthcare and people abuse the emergency room ether because they aren’t citizens, or happen to be poor we must have the 37th best health care in the world. In other words preventive maintenance of health should be the responsibility of the government.

My argument is No, this is a false statement. We do not have 37th best health care and our problems are not government derived for the most part. Therefore the government can stay ‘far far away’ from health care. FDA yes, Comrade’s Welfare and Health agency no. People are responsible for their health a lot of the time. People do the best you can and some of this problem goes away. Government, Build a fence and millions of people won’t come and destroy the southwest ER. Does that sound heartless, yes but the alternative is worse. Alot of health care or none. If we have some order we will actually be able to provide for everyone through charities, there is enough and to spare. Does order have to come from the government, no. Is Medicare is efficient? NO! What world are you living in, in 2020 (2013?) what happens? Program goes bye bye. Don’t believe me read the General Accounting Office’s report, pick a year any year.

Lines I am responding to CNN article on Sicko.

“Again, that’s true. The United States spends more than 15 percent of its GDP on health care — no other nation even comes close to that number. France spends about 11 percent, and Canadians spend 10 percent.

Like Moore, we also found that more money does not equal better care. Both the French and Canadian systems rank in the Top 10 of the world’s best health-care systems, according to the World Health Organizationexternal link. The United States comes in at No. 37. The rankings are based on general health of the population, access, patient satisfaction and how the care’s paid for.

So, if Americans are paying so much and they’re not getting as good or as much care, where is all the money going? “Overhead for most private health insurance plans range between 10 percent to 30 percent,” says health-care analyst Paul Keckley. Overhead includes profit and administrative costs.

“Compare that to Medicare, which only has an overhead rate of 1 percent. Medicare is an extremely efficient health-care delivery system,” says Mark Meaney, a health-care ethicist for the National Institute for Patient Rightsexternal link.”
